We ship domestic orders via USPS and international orders via DHL. You'll see all available shipping options at checkout.

We currently do not accept returns. However, if your item is defective, please email us at yriicustomercare@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it to request a refund.

Let us know within 30 days by emailing yriicustomercare@gmail.com. We'll issue a full refund if the product is confirmed defective.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use it to see exactly where your package is and when it’ll arrive.

Each product has a size chart to help you pick the best fit. We recommend checking it before ordering—if you still have questions, feel free to reach out!
